QUOTE(Vail @ Aug 2 2015, 11:58 PM) Nope its superb but also compared to evicvt its more advance. Unless your willing to dedicate your time reading reviews about it before asking small details then its a no go for you. I just notice that evic vt is heavier than ipv4s. Looks can be deceiving. Lol.However on the evic VT, it was design as starter kit. So it will be much more easier for you to get used to the TC environment. Edit:TC |

Anyone can explain on battery safety when using nickel wire? The same ohms law applies just like in power mode??

QUOTE(Vail @ Aug 3 2015, 01:09 AM) in TC, how the voltage works is different than power mode. Yes the ohm laws take effect. Because it applies to any type of material. Thats plain physics. Thanks for the info. However i was actually hoping for an explanation on discharge current when vaping at such a low resistance. I've seen shops sellings tc mods with 18650 10A discharge batteries. Vaping at sub ohm level with that batteries should cause serious damage??However, when it applied to vaping devices, there is safety feature which is the TC. It was done because nickel has a very low resistance and when it burn it can create some bad shit which makes you like Jason Statham in crank, just kidding. So the TC limits the temperature to a safe point where the nickel still able to produce good vape without harming the user. Why do we need nickel and not some kanthal A1 26g or 24g? Because the users want temperature control to take effect where the chip only allows that magic shit to happen when using nickel or tlts. And how nickel works is different compared to kanthal/nichrome. Eveyrtime its heats up, the resistance increased. Thats why its very important for that shit to be done in room temperature level (set resistance). So TL;DR We use nickel not for its low resistance and pretend to be cloud chasers. We use it to get TC to work and vape without any dry hits. PS: Titanium has bad shits too so do your reading on that. YOLO and vapeon |

QUOTE(SonnyCooL @ Aug 3 2015, 01:35 AM) yes some damages ...... If u bring them batteries in, u could profit a lot 😆. I see some sellers selling it at rm30 a piece and claim it could discharge to 25A.but what u really need to know is the battery quality ..... for example that samsung 2600 u show here, some one offer me rm5 each if i bring in, that will be good profit but i don't cause i blow couple of 18650 before, when i do over drain and over charge ... for some battery they claim as 4000 mah, actually is possible (pana have 3400mah), given those battery with 20% factory tolerance, to reach 4000 mah is possible ......... My friend bought thousand of it, than only pick the top 10% battery and use it for race .... Even sellers sometime do not care a bout safety as long they gain profit. Gotta be careful wor.... |

Anyone having problem with nickel burn out too fast on subtank mini rba?
Cant even pass beyond 400F and it gunk up my liquid. Even coil looked like melted choco. Is it because of the juice? On ni200 build, 0.113ohm 20J and 420F. Any suggestions guys? |
