not the stolen car issue i’m concerned, happens everywhere. The don’t give a f**k attitude by the management and the owner of this mall is more of a problem.

- cutting corners
- more interested renting every available space of the retail than managing.

Owners like, so what? I don’t give a damn. I still have Bandar Malaysia. Now we can fool those foreigners instead of Malaysian.

Memo is out to all owners for the subcon to redo the common area corridor for each floor. At least something to cheer about.

really? please post some picture after upgrade. Were taken by surprised by developer’s take on raw concept with chicken pox wall decor. Looking forward to see developer’s take on “redo”

actually if the snp did not state properly they can also go away with it...most probably ppl just want their units and make it asap as airbnb
*
Can you name a developer that will state the finishing of common area in S&P ? They all choose not to behave “go-away” like this “top” developer 🤮

So fast leaking in rooftop? can this building last 5 years? Wonder if the unit below the pool turned into rain shower.

Could be the beginning of the end of the mall. What's next? Off half of the lights?

Just went there recently.. half dead as saw many vacant lots unoccupied as well as closed down shops.

Not much of crowd generally except f&b outlets

once h&m move out after free rental period this mall will die flat. Take sweet time to rectify defect and sweeter time to entice good tenants. Rubbish management.

sunway ppl had calling our partners whenever there is vacancy in their retail lot just show how aggressive and fast they act.

Not like this stupid builder.

Remember to write in airbnb review

Just came back from ekocheras loft for Airbnb

To take the access card is difficult. Cant park at the inside (valet wont allow) so need to park at roadside.

Sometimes access card is faulty (according to owner, so need to intercom the security to open the residence boom gate).

Turning radius is quite narrow.

The parking is confusing, signages is confusing, the blocks scattered haphazardly.

Example: After u drive by and see Block I, u dont notice Block H because it is hidden.

No signages to guide u to visitor parking (along the wall actually).

Exit sign also not clear and not properly guide u out.

I saw one sign blocked by the fluorescent light.

Other than the access (Airbnb point of view), the unit is ok.

Wont return
