LAD issue aside for a moment.

on the bright side, the market is super slow now, and MRT line being one of the main catalyst for the mall's success, it needs time for reasonable amount of people to start taking MRT instead of driving, so VP later this year might not be good idea than VP 2019 or so. thumbsup.gif

even for own stayers, high turn over in mall tenants has more cons than pros in long run. smile.gif

LAD comes when the project is completed and VP, so I don't see how it impacts the completion of project.

driving along jln cheras, can see they building walls with bricks of individually units.

but i thought for safety reasons, the brick wall can't start until the building concrete framework reached top floor? rclxub.gif

it shall fall under Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).

Jagalat unfortunately i don't have that technical part. I remember it is in place for safety reasons during my short career in a dev company.
