My understanding... The owners are posting the photos as update in private channel which is exclusively for owners.
Some forumners seems have access to these photos and have liberty to post it in public forum without the consent of owners. He seems to have ulterior motive.
Anyway, the rest of forumners seems enjoying it and not condoning the act.
