Also it is not good to their future marketing too. Buyers in future will only look for "soften" situation to buy.
So I will think unlikely to sell cheaper.
What they can do, maybe,
1) based on the current psf and let go the rebate(SnP spelt same price as previous buyers), or
2) based on higher psf, gives better rebate(SnP spelt higher price)
I could be wrong too...
