layout not that good imo... 1000sqft++ only provide 2 bedroom while 800sqft only provide 1 bedroom...they can only target investors to buy

thought investor also need more rooms to fetch higher rental.

own occupier prefer spacious room.

yes agreed, 800ft many other can fetch 3 rooms already if not 2 rooms.....

Buyer of block E, based on the SPA, the delay has more than a year .. any comment from other buyer here ?
Do we need to form a group and demand a respond and action from developer ... LAD ?

wondering if Village Grocer will still open at ekocheras? anyone heard any news?

heard from a friend that the "work permit form" attached to the shoplot has already been removed..

The psf here is just about 1/3 of tipucana psf.
