Exactly, if they want to be different and all going with such concept then do it well with the right workmanship but what we can see with our eyes is like an after-thought workmanship. Developer was like okay la no time to finish on time la, let's just make it bare and we quote it as industrial concept

This is one development i was so looking forward to, it has all the elements to be successful. But i personally really feel the developer has made some really bad decisions, disappointed. As much as I respect that different people have different acquired taste, but within the cheras community i know the mall design has so far become a laughing stock rather than being appreciated as "bold concept"

for goodness sake, if the copyright issue of those pictures is such a big issue, please report to the admin and get it remove la.. since from the tone of the speech here the owners know where those pictures come from, just ask the actual owner of the picture come and report ,

provided the actual person who took the picture really care in the first place..

Since we are still in the topic of 9lai needed to explain those pictures, and from the flow of the discussion it seems to me that some owners know what is the story behind those pictures but choose to remain silence about the pictures but instead diverting the attention to copyright issues and someone inability to justify it. Just kinda tickle my curiosity on why the owners behaving this way.

Seems like "someone" decided to remove his profile picture already. Sometimes I really wonder if Mr. Wilchee really understand what he is writing rclxub.gif

I totally understand where you coming from and which is why I am genuinely suggesting to get the admin / mod to resolve this instead of letting this go on and on and let it breed a ground for personal attacks.

My comments has all this while revolving around the mall, nothing in regards to the residential component.

Are you mr.wilchee thong? If yes please explain to us how is it more expensive? Me and i believe a great deal of forummer here are eager to drink from wilchee’s great wisdom. Very curious to know and as mr.wilchee claim, because is expensive, no other developer dare to adopt such concept.. because other developers only bother to make money out from their buyers by giving tiles and luxury finishing which apparently cheaper cost than industrial concept
