As for the internal unit, it is delivered as spelt in SnP, matching the earlier "mock" unit.

Other components like mall are having more foot print than last year. Can stop by using MRT and visit the mall if you have yet tried it. TOD feature is there.

It's up to the market to decide the price. Willing seller and subsale buyers.

as for me to called 9lai a theft bcos I know he hasn't obtained approval to share these pixs from the originator or linked these pixs to the originator.  he can easily go to EKC and take these pixs himself and share it wherever you wish.....but he chose to just take pixs that not supposed to be shared publically and make it public,

as i said earlier, if this industrial concept is so welcomed / accepted by the masses, why aren't other developers doing it too ? you may argue this is art, and that everyone has their own taste for it but this is investment. we dont want art we want results  / returns.

Raining season park higher lo. Those holes running through the walls are so small and most of it are covered with brownish rusty plague already making it even smaller. Even raining season will take a couple of days to flood up that basement.

About mosquitoes, they don't breed there only in clear water

One interesting that I saw from their initial sales brochure, there are no sign of such "raw" concept included in the illustration. Yes yes it's for illustration purpose only, but still.. At least currently their website does have such design concept in their revised illustration.
