Hi guys, I have a Suunto D4 planning to let go, how much roughly can I sell? Couldn't find the market price sad.gif
*
ppl here in LYN Scuba group, we set the market price haha

my D4i was less than 1200, so i think your D4, errr, maybe yaniee is accurate about the price and what ppl expect.

at the 800 range, we might as well buy new Zoop/Puck, or add a bit more for the Mares Smart or the new Deepblu Cosmiq...so nice.... drooollll.... wub.gif

so there's another TT this week? cool..

Munkeyflo you were at Tenggol too ya. Yes being in Dungun has its perks, like phone reception, and eating stuff like Maggi Ketam! yumz.

Diving - water was HOT! 30-31 degrees. sauna. sweating underwater. Viz - 15-20m, nice blue waters

Nudi - missing. too warm for them
Bumphead parrotfish - good to see them on dives, but did not see the school that appeared on the weekday before our trip.
Batfish - ah so cute as ever, a real pet fish
Whale shark - as usual, not to be seen. too warm la.
Fusiliers - everywhere by the thousands!

Fina to Rubiah Tirta, about five minutes walk. We ate most dinners at the restaurant to the right of Fina, about 100m away. Makan...nasi padang... kopi aceh, kawww kawww... the sup tulang in Banda Aceh superb.

Tenggol was pretty impressive. Been there twice before, first time was magic, second time in Sept2014 was let down by bad viz. This time all is OK, less current, good viz of 20m.

Corals in good shape. But... in places like Coral Garden, lots and lots of coral, but the fish were missing. Imagine anemones without clownfish. I can only deduce that loads of illegal fishing going on. sadly.

Hi all, wanna ask...is Bali a nice place to dive? Planning to go to Tulamben in July...is it suitable for beginners? biggrin.gif
*
Bali is great! Tulamben is good, you dont have to go to the deep end of the wreck, i like the top parts myself.

Padang Bai is also nice, but cold.

I remember it fog for my first two dive in Tenggol, no more after that.
I did not do anything special to it. Just a little wipe after the trip.
Recent trip in Tioman no fog at all.
*
are you using original Xiaomi case? i'm using 3rd party, Kingma. After two dives fogging, i put it aside. perhaps the material not so good in the cheaper case
