Actually I can say almost all 10 digit like 012 and 017 are recycle number, so far I am okay with recycle number cause usually telco will keep it 3-6 months before the num release again. If someone call you just say the number already belong to the new owner

Yea can say so, they will not release the number immediately after the old owner terminate the number
But there will be still some call from previous owner's friends even after a certain recycle period
