i used to have this RAM Chip before i sell it not too long time ago, IMO, Mosel Vitelic is better than Elpida, i tried to run 250MHz on Elpida, it doesnt work even loosening the timing or increase vDIMM (Kingston KVR Elpida RAM Chip), while on Corsair PC3200 2-3-2-6 Version 5.2 (Silver one) -- this uses Vitelic, and i must say, overclocking is good, but not that good, i can go high as 245MHz, perhaps bad chip or bad mobo
