There is about 200 unit of affordable house which is smaller size at 800sf

But looking at the strategic location with less than 700psf somemore with Saloma Link & door front LRT

Basically nothing much to complain and rental and price is definitely there

New buyers will have to wait for units not sold due to loan rejection.

I’ve just been updated by my SA that the river will be rehabilitated and a park will be built around it.

I’ve bought my unit. My sister and daughter bought one each and my cousin bought 2 😅😅
I hope that is sufficient update for those interested.
