that only 2 gate now. 1 is facing SunSuria Office, another main gate are on other site. Except that will be a gate / door open in future.
Also half the size of Olive Condo (818 sgf), and not mistake are SOHO with commecial title

it more near to ERL and shop lot just next to them also a factor.
So that 5 mins walk guess is the SA misleading to HOrizon suites buyer.

So far the nearest Gate is Belle than the Monet land property, Olive Condo and last are Horizon.
