Previously known as Suria Serenia when SD was the JV partner, changed name after Sunsuria bought over their shares.
Link houses will be priced around 500K, high rise around 360K, with Xiamen U in it so another BBB project like Serene Heights?   Nt sure whether it is within SD's Serenia City or next to it? This post has been edited by BRE: Jul 10 2015, 03:56 PM |

saw in the news today.. project development would take around 10years to fully completed.
