yes... unless the landscaping and concept is really nice to attract those own stayers to come and have a look.... otherwise... i cant foresee a good sales for this area.... but the cheques collected prove me wrong somehow... seems like 50% of the units already booked.... maybe their sales personnel really good... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

yeah.... but i think some buyers wanna look for something that completed in the future... as currently they cant hold on to the full installment cost yet... hence why they go for this project which so happens sell at future price also... so they have time to save for renovation funds.... hahah....

I attended this event. No food and water served, food trucks were called instead. Visitors have to pay for their own food. First time seeing such treatment by developer to their potential buyers

Besides, prices of their condo units are equivalent to prices in Cheras and SOHO units are equivalent to prices in PJ. Both are bare finished. Purchasers have to folk out about RM 40K for kitchen cabinet and hot water heater for semi-finished units.

event is well organized especially many car parks. with security Manning the car parks till the last car I was the second last car last night I saw 3 ReLa there ....

plenty of toilets.

plenty of tables and chairs for having your dinner.

big spacious sales office with comfortable seat

big screen for concert inside sales office

BUT like some said. NOT a single free drinking water provided.
