FYI, there's a newly installed big electric tower to replace the old one and should be within 100m radius area. In term of traffic access, consider good. Easy access to Segambut, Desa Park City, Mont Kiara , NKVE highway.

Im stay in Kepong for more than 6 years. I just passed by this morning from Jinjang for breakfast then Jalan Kepong back to home.

Based on the map i saw on first page, the electric tower is just next to Petronas Station..Yes, next to it.

.Last time it used to be medium tower, so i rarely notice it. Recently upgraded to big one..Seriously big..

I'll try to capture a picture and post it here next time.. Well im not trying to discourage.

Just a thought of sharing property vicinity so you can decide what to do next..

As im also looking for other property and benefits from other sharing & experience as well..

The new HTC build nearer towards this development side..At first i also thought they are going to shift the old one.. surprisingly bigger one installed...The old one still there..as per today..

Dude, HTC already there..Go google street and view again..

It's next to Petronas station.. the one next to BP station not opposite road Petronas

The best is 700M away. That depends on how big HTC is..

Even there's no scientific proof that this will harm human in longer period.

But Im sure this HTC will be part of consideration selling price when you want to sell your unit in future.
