Hi Bro,

Does anyone have technical specification for Enesta RumahWIP?

I wish to know....

1. Type of floor tiles - 2x2 or 1x1?
2. Type and height of wall tiles - full height or 6ft?
3. Aircon point ready?

Even is RumahWIP status, but I think the developer should let purchaser know....thanks

Agreed. Initial plan of many investor venture into low entry cost condo because of only one reason....rental yield income.

But many of them failed to realised that eventually, those monthly committed maintenance fees and instalment are huge burdens for them...
