Anyone manage to make an appointment to view the mock unit? I was told by a staff that the mock unit won't be ready until next year.

I just recently received a letter from Thriven regarding the 2nd disbursement of the loan, they are going to disburse the next 25% from the bank. Anyone receive the letter ?
