So many people park there, maybe HTC really won't cause cancer? shit. i cancelled enesta due to HTC. feel like re-apply back.

i wonder how many people is buying Enesta for a sincere own stay.

is there a particular reason developers like to build houses in kepong? good fengshui?

people are relocating to kota damansara, TREC, upcoming Damansara City (dsara heights) , bukit jalil when all those big development are due in year 2020.

mont kiara is of 10 years and an expat residential area obviously things are expensive there.

How about the RUMAWIP? ( no shop lots at ground floor)

and can we apply for residential electrical rate?
