i noticed some lrt/mrt related residential project also struggle to sell more than 60% despite being launched more than 2 mths liao. If it is in 2012 and 2013 during DIBS days, this similar projects sure more than 90% sale within 2 mths or less.

i bought my tenderfield cluster in sept 2014. hv since signed S&P and paid my 2nd 10%. Am awaiting my 3rd 10% payment but dunno when yet?

i think buy lrt/mrt linked projects hv good value in d mid to long term as once the mrt lines start operation in 2017 the demand for such properties will spike.

i only buy cradleton terrace hse as a diversification. buy cheaper intermediate terrace unit, not cluster or semi d..

if mrt oredi factored in sale price, worse worse rent first till price go up. the worst situation is cannot sell and cannot rent and still hv to service yr bank mortgage. Jialat. lrt/mrt link project i think easier to rent at least.
