Only those with invited ( aka wristband ) allowed to enter strictly, or else can feel everybody brought whole kampung of families & friends with empty stomach and became chaos.

EW so kind to give 4 each purchaser, tally double for joint purchasers and with more than 2000 buyers alone in EM, how are they going to control? Unless, EW venture into F&B industry to accommodate all their purchasers great taste of free foods upon buying their houses. Lol.

On the other way, I only a bought a below RM 600k landed but yet so many events organized for free. I couldnt ask for more free food as I have had enjoyed too much of it previously. I still keen for the great & good delivery of the house we bought.

Seems I also had experienced buying from other top developers but how come no such frequent or big events and free makan makan like EW? Not complaining anyway as long as good delivery on time and make profit.

As per my friend who went, he complaint a lot of kampung style uncles aunties ambushed in without wristbands n pretend to be buyers. Lol.

Alamak, about the food again?

IMO, the special event was mainly stated as "Under the Windmills " and we are cordially invited to the Grand Opening of Under the Windmills and plus, we can enjoy some of the foods stated on the invitation card. But it seems more ppl discuss hardly on the food rather than the actual theme, Windmills. I think I am not see-ing wrongly on the card if it was stated " Grand Opening Foods under the Windmills Restaurant by Eco World " with free makan makan.

Even I wanted to organize my party ( wedding, party, farewell, whatsover ), I will order 200 pax food and standby 50 pax of foods if there are 250-300 attendees, as statistically from my friend of a long time event organizer, most of her clients who ordered the pax of food same as per attendees, 9 /10 of the events were totally plenty of foods remaining.

True, definitely, there are things we can certainly blame as we endured a disastrous or horrendous event where we may attend the event and thought we could have lively event with great makan makan session with full stomach. But unfortunately, this is not an event of 100-200 pax but more then 2000 pax and yet now, the event organizer has themselves to blame due to alllowing multiple of non purchasers who took, ate, bungkus and wasted some of the foods.

I had few properties under construction now and yet, in this 2 years, I never blame all the other developers for never organize any single cheapskate event, any cheapskate fried meehoon event, any first come first serve nasi lemak bungkus event or any single freebie at all.

Although I unable to attend the event or missed the free foods, I still appreciate for the eventful "willing" and "initiative" to organize by the property developer and they are not a professional food or makan organizer.

If the delivery of the house is late and the quality of the house is quite compromise, then I will make my noise at EW Gallery. But of coz, I can sense my expectation is medium high but not as high as most purchasers bcz I keep remind myself, I only bought a RM 600k terrace house and not a RM 1.5mil semi-d or bungalow.

Btw, to recall, I am still very touch of the event of the Eco World New Gallery opening then and that was a very heavy rain night.

LOL. OK what, The Leafz change to branded name of DeDaun which was established by SDB and if I am the owner, I would rather the name of DeDaun rather than TheLeafz, which was odd but not striking name.

If I am not mistaken, Eco Majestic would remains as Eco Majestic. Even if changed name, I dont think it would be Eko Megah but IMO< it's Bandar Eko Majestik or etc.

Saw the masterplan previously that all roads & precincts remain as english name,

Spoke to some authorities of DBKL previously but unsure if what I was told is 100% correct or what I remember is 100% exactly.

Under Selangor state, most of the highrise names able to remain the name of English but there is a condition as long as, not leasehold land owned by a government body or organization, not a project of high bumi quota of forgotten the percentage of either 40-50% and not under Shah Alam. All Shah Alam highrises must be in BM or Malay name in the APDL application. But, that was post-ex MB tenure, not with new MB, I not sure if there is further changes.

Under DBKL, for highrise project, the English name is only able to maintain in some areas without heavy Malay population and some other conditions. They also would consider the developer to change the condo / apartment name if they found the name is commonly use for other area and if the highrise is leasehold and proprietor was form of a government / state body, it must be maintain and change to BM. Meanwhile, to some developer technical officers, under DBKL, a lot of things are uncertain until they apply the name they are selling, in this case, English name.

To remain an English name highrise in KL state is harder than in Selangor state, aside most ares of Shah Alam district, where the consequence is subject to the town name must be in BM and starts with "Bandar"

Hmm, saw ur frustration above but let me answer the 3 questions above.

1. Cradleton, behind backlane is garden with greens.

2. As per brochure, the roundabout is with water fountain. Yes. They will do it as per brochure. But, dont expect 100% lah, lol bcz that was ID with great graphic. If can reach 90%, I would claim this is going to be most beautiful township in Msia for next 5 years at least.

3. Delivery is 3 yrs from S&P which is about June 2017. With such progress and I remember Datuk Chang's speech that they are trying to deliver it by end of 2016, they are capable to do so. But if too many heavy rains and floods season, it could delay it but EW very confident for early delivery as they have so many contractors on their line.

Actually, my advise for my friends who all are buyers that they gather the questions and ask the SA or Managers on the day that has no event.

I pretty sure they are more than willing to ask u to sit down with a coffee and cake serve and slowly answer ur questions with their iPad.

Well, I am just one of the Cradleton buyer that had been following EW very much since 2013's EcoSky and EcoBotanic.

What I answered above was from the conversation btw my goodself and the senior staffs from EW previously. It definitely doesnt represent my discussion above on behalf or whatsover.

Maybe u can visit EM Gallery again and try to ask the more senior SA or the managers.

I only confident what am I buying and trusted that they have freater ambitions that they able to deliver me a good township, good precincts and of coz, good follow up and improve if there are any mistakes. No point if my house quality is superb but the township is dying and has no potential to grow further.

Anyway, lets stay tune and chill up. And we can ask the progress again say by end of this year and early 2016.

If you're looking for Semi D, it should be Tenderfields @ Precinct 2, type 2E and 2F. They should have the pricing and details via their iPad as this is on going phase and released by rows, which I think left not many by now.

Bcz Type 8A/8B/8C/8D/8E is means all types from Precinct 8, which is suppose to be Merrydale and this is only Double Storey Terrace Houses.

Bro, understand your situation if few ppl given their confrm answers and thus it may conflict on what we thinking and believing.

Senior positions can be managers and above. But, for me, I would ensure he / she is senior position of which department. In this case, I am referring to Sales & Marketing. In EM, you may refer to Alvin, Tracy or Evon.

But I understand that verbal is one promise against a promise via black and white. I nvr see any developer or any listed company will uphold or be responsible in legal for the verbals agreed by their staffs lip esp if we question them how it is going to be exactly the same as the brochure bcz there are some grey area into it.

But so far, I am fine with the answers given by them and its fair as they mention they are trying to deliver as best as possible.
