Update. Project abandoned. Work ßtopped maybe due to ground settlement. Land size 24-27 ft x 95 ft. Launch price rm1.5m. Total 72 units. All terrace units built with cheap sandbricks. For rm1.5 mil, buy a real semid from mah sing residence. Real clay bricks.
5 mins get you to main road.. Walk? Fly can lah to MMU. |

sorry to bring this topic back from the dead. but i was searching for the abondon project next to cyber heights villas. its a 3 story link house next to ERL track .
visible from the main road. is this by any chance the project  |
