Update. Project abandoned. Work ßtopped maybe due to ground settlement. Land size 24-27 ft x 95 ft. Launch price rm1.5m. Total 72 units. All terrace units built with cheap sandbricks. For rm1.5 mil, buy a real semid from mah sing residence. Real clay bricks.
