I think in the s&p state something in ownership if change hand.. The lawyer said, i think everyone knows this.. In slgor need to approve by menteri besar. Its the law, but i think the representative of m.besar in charge.

As mentioned before, in Selangor if it is leasehold bumi lot or non-bumi lot, transfers will always require state consent. But you mentioned that the land was freehold? I can't comment more without looking at the S&P
