there is no such policy. That person whom do the loan for u wan to earn the commission.
as for the runner fee include inspection and change name is not the bank charge, but the runner and puspakom. you cant transfer name if the car is not being inspect

yea, i realize about that... rm330 inspection plus chg name, that is what bank told me..
inspection and chg name from jpj n puspakom cost around 200 rite? maybe 100 plus is runner fee.
the bank say once runner done all i n seller to jpj, chg name.. finish completed chg name, the loan will approve

the loan need to be approve before the name change.
sudah change name baru approve habis jo the bank

after jpj change name .. the loan can be disburse to the seller
