“In addition, the on-going refurbishment of Sunway Putra Hotel and low occupancy at Sunway Putra Tower also contributed to the below expectations footfalls,” it added.

“While the two and half months rent-free period offered to the tenants have ended, we understand that management is extending the rent-free period for some of its tenants, on a case-by-case basis.

yup.. i saw ppl posted some old photo of the mall where cold storage is the supermarket for the mall..

What i remembers the most is the indoor theme park & yaohan... ah..nostalgic as compared to the current new refurbished mall which is boring, IMO~

will observe again when I visit the mall again..

but one thing for sure the escalators are still spoiled as always.. I guess they are planning to leave it forever??

even sunway putra hotel suffers bad biz too..

yea.. I don't think any mall developer would be so SMART enough to leave the spoiled escalators WITHOUT even tried to fix it!

Slow lift, wrong placement of escalators, lack of benches are the "attractions" as well.. basically I would say that u wont feel comfortable at all walking in this mall..

Sooo QUIET!

nice design but NO shoppers at all (except tenant staff).. feeling insecure when walking at this alley especially those deserted corner at the end of it..

yeah.. I went to putra several times on weekends and all I could say the crowd is very BAD.. even ground floor tenants (vanity hall), MANGO, BONIA, etc. are suffering.. same goes to upper level tenants.. The tenants that are perform quite OK are the ones located at LG floor (marketplace)..

judging by the facial expression of the staff at there (sour & boring face), u could easily know how's the biz at there.. even some of them are sleeping

yeah..

i predict the ghost avenue will be the 1st to tapao.. been there several times but totally NO people at all, followed by vanity hall outlets, etc....

even banglas also dont want to come here.. they prefer chow kit market..

lol.. last time got yaohan & theme park, so it's consider quite OK.. For now, the mall is DAMN boring & u hardly see any people walking in this mall even less people on weekends/holidays too..so i think can sleep on the floor since it's SO EMPTY or do whatever u want to do..

hmm.. i dont think high-end brands will do well at here.. kenny hills ppl (for example) still prefer to go bangsar for shopping instead of here..most probably they are still sick of the facilities issues at putrazz like escalators which already spoiled for so many months & yet they still didnt fixed it yet..

Earlier batch of tenants like michael kors, victoria secrets, tumi, sephora, etc.. already pulled out from opening at this mall as i believe they think that they wont survive for long especially in that area.. Look at Manggo, Boniaa, Neil Yard, etcc.. at ground floor.. they are suffering badly for so many months..

their management team is such a BIG letdown.. no notice or whatsoever about the faulty escalators (already 7 months), no wonder the crowd is decreasing month by month..

u should also watch out for velocity.. heard that they are STILL struggling to get tenants.. & some of it decided to pulled out after witnessing Putrazz bad performance..

will decline even badly if they keep on remaining their "arrogance" attitude.. just saw a ppl comment on their fb:

but the mall is just too QUIET for me.. IMO. Hardly see any people walking even on weekends/holidays.. even TGV also tada orang liddat..

I like less crowded malls but not too QUIET mall like this.. haha.. makes me feel insecure especially walking at those deserted walkways..
