I know caffeine in teas help keep a person awake, but i though only applies to red tea, green teas don't have much caffeine but i notice Chinese tea also makes me stay awake whole night i can't go to sleep, i've tried different teas like Pu Er, Heong Pin, Tit Kuan Ying etc i notice i cannot take too many cups, yesterday i drank maybe 10 tea cups of it.
I'm not sure if it's the tea or the amount of tea i drink makes me not able to sleep.
I can sleep after dinner, but if i wait until usual sleeping time i will stay awak whole night. i always though it's the Pepsi Cola that makes me not able to sleep.
Which tea can help sleep?
