 Sim Card No Service, Sim card being deactivated?

Hi my phone acc shows service not available, please call 123 when i try to check the balance. I can still receive sms and call but cannot send sms or call others, not even 123. What exactly happened? My number is 017****912 please help.

Thanks, I would like to reactivate as prepaid as i stay overseas most of the time. Is the reactivate acc can still has the 365 validity plan I am using?

Do I need to bring my SIM to maxis centre for re-registration? How long usually it takes to reactivate a SIM?
