SATURDAY, 11 FEB
5.00am - wakeup and pack stuff/food/check car/double check checkList
6.00 am Very light breakfast in Jln Ipoh
6.15 am Start journey
8.00 am arrive at tapah/cameran intersection
9.30 am Tringkap for a heavier breakfast and coffee though, not many tourist stops here because this
place is the center of vege collection, and it's exactly why u have to stop here, this place defines Cameron Highlands.
When u just reach the town, there is one road on your right which is quite a big road, leading uphill to some flats,
there are a lot of speed bumps on this road. Turn right again to enter the flats area, u will see a restaurant,
behind there got lots of coffee shops and restaurants that only locals go to.
10.00 am Big Red Strawberry Farm
12.00 pm Lunch in Brinchang
2.45 pm Check in - Equatorial Hotel apartments, the coldest place in Cameron (publish checkin is suprisingly 3pm)
3.30 pm Bharat Tea Plantation tea time
5.00 pm Kea farm for some shopping
6.30pm Return to Hotel for rest
8.00pm Pasar mlm n see what's good.if there are good food i'll skip the steamboat.
8.30pm Steamboat dinner - the main road turn right (head to Tringkap direction), drive for 1-2 minutes, you will see the sign board (red color
) on your right, very near. Please bring your own chili sauce if u are a chili freak because the only thing bad about their
steamboat is their chili sauce, other stuff like food quality, quantity, soups (tomyam and herbal) are top notch, and it's pork free
10.00pm back home n sleep.
SUNDAY, 12 FEB
7.00 am chill at hotel if we wake up early.hehe
12.00 pm check out
12.30 pm Lunch
1.00 pm Butterfly farm
2.30 pm Strawberry moment in the middle of no where on return trip (2.30pm) - MUST GO! it's on the new road /
highway when you come up from simpang pulai before reaching the junction to turn into Kg. Raja.
I think it's got Avant Chocolate banners all over the place, you MUST TRY the Strawberry Chocolate Fountain.
questions -
1) BOH Plantation - donno where to sqeeze in, indeed wanna go, just for the experience. or is it just next to equatorial? haha.
2) where is the best spot to take breath taking pictures? like do i need to stop anywhere on the way up there? any tips?
3) is there any tracking/waterfall around?
4) does my itinerary make sense coz i donno which place is near to which place.

Aiyoo, the Tapah road is safe lah! Nobody ask you to drift to the top. Taking Tapah way saves you 80 minutes driving and also lesser toll charges. If you are really scared of blind corners, honk your horn lorrr.!

okay, now ive a bit confident in using the Tapah road

i think one needs to experience first then evaluate for future tips
