Just went there last week.

Stayed in Desa Anthurium.. Quite a nice place which can be seen on your right side just after tanah rata heading to Brinchang. Look for the small signboard. You can see the apartments with blue roof.

Rent a penthouse for RM250 and stayed 15 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, astro equipped TV, nice and spacious balcony for BBQ etc, big enough living room, 2 bed rooms and 1 master room with extra beds. Only 3 people need to sleep on the carpet floor/sofa downstairs (bring extra pillows). The only problem is there are only 2 toilets for 15 ppl

U guys should go up gunung brinchang at night...the road is quite narrow and lots of potholes towards the top, really adventurous and scary at night...Up the mountain there is a watchtower that u can climb up and can see the hills and the clouds...it's very very cold at night but great feeling up there.

We went up there in a van packed with 15 people crammed into it. It was quite a struggle going through the potholes but made it in the end. Should be ok with the car if go really slow. Becareful of oncoming cars because the road is very narrow.
