Thats what I heard. It's not released yet. But it has been leaked out at jemsite and the official ibanez forums. I'm guessing it will be a 2007 model. Also coming out in 2007 is a new V, which someone had already posted, the V-blade VBT700.

but the guitar he is using is a double locking fixed bridge (edge FX)
the one projected to release is a regular tune-o-matic

now if only they will do a S/SZ series with just one humbucker.

Yeah, I saw Sam Totman's V...... but like Metalzone said, the final uses a fixed bridge.....

However, I'm still excited to see Zakk's new V guitars...... The V with the bullseye (and a Floyd Rose), and the b*****d child of the V and SG guitar.....

But I AM enjoying pulling off those dive-bombs on the FR..... now to get a Digitech Whammy to complete the sound!

and heres what i suggest.
do not put EMGs into the jackson, cos it will not sound good.

no matter what ppl say that EMGs sound the same in any guitar, those who actually use EMGs will say they only sound nice in mahagony bodied guitars.

While pulling out of a deal at the last moment is not ethical, it is hardly wrong. It is not like I took you money already.

While I am not going to pretend to know the amount of trouble you went through to get the money in one day despite you saying it will take you a week or two, I will say this, when you have the intention of buying something, you might want to have the money at hand first next time.

The I am glad I didn't sell to him remark were not related to the price at all. Just that when I sell something so personal, it sucks to see it change hands so fast. Any guitarist with an attachment to his guitars will surely understand this.

We need a review blactrix. How's the FR treating you? How's the JB sounding? Izzit thin and bright? cause that's how most people perceive they will sound like in a bolt on alder body guitar.

I wasn't looking for another Les Paul.... I wanted something that was utterly different from my Les Pauls. If I wanted a Les Paul with a floyd, I'd get the grassroots one in Guitar Collection already.

I wanted either a V or and explorer. I've heard some good reviews of the RR3, so I just went for it. Besides....... It's Randy Rhode's guitar man!!!

Like you said, the Pickups and thin and bright..... very different from my Les Pauls. Don't worry...... won't be swapping in EMGs. If I WOULD to swap.... I'd swap in DiMarzio Evolutions.....

Now after a new coffin case for it...... ooooooh. will have to call 'em today.

Holy mother of god, didnt know ibanez ever made one to start. Looks really good! not as good as the rr5 though still, cos thats the original shape and thats how it'll be!
