......and does anyone have a portable amp (like a Vox DA5 or Micro-cube) they can loan me for CNY??? Going to be f'ing BORED back in the "kampung". Probably lug my LP there.

go buy la the marshall MS-4, avoid the MS-2.
btw, i notice the roland microcube has no carrying handle, you need to put on the strap, which means maybe you might want to buy straplocks for it cos the strap buttons are small. |

DA5 last month had no stock.
list price about RM625, almost RM200 more than microcube. |
