Not the landlord, but I did knock on the door and asked the owner to buy her property. Bought it. How can I help?

Yeah it's funny. Just send them a message asking if they are willing to sell.. Why all the trouble?

Mine was different story since I bought direct from owner whom I didnt know of at the time. But if the owner is the landlord, what is the big problem?

the question is very simple ..anyone have any experience asking your landlord

although i only finish secondary school, i was not born retarded thus "how to ask" is not the question here.
i want to do know what would be possible scenario based on others experience(s).
will they reject it? will they put too high value? normally how of 10 how many are actually willing to sell? hope this is clear enough. ok?

You are funny, the answer is based on individual.

Go through agent is much easier and faster.
You get random answer with random question.
You might get scold as well unless the owner is planning to sell of the house.

u can just start with a normal conversation on how much u and your family like the neighbourhood and the house.

than just casually ask if the owner is thinking of letting go. if he/she says yes, you're in luck. if he/she says no, just tell him/her that in the event he/she wants to sell, do put you as priority.
