Hi all, I'm not fluent in bm.. id like to know if its ok for a girl/female to call her bf "sayang"? I know wives use the word "abang" but we're not married. Or maybe there's other malay terms to use.. affectionate ways to call him?

And what is the difference between "sangat" and "banyak"
saya rindu awak sangat OR saya rindu awak banyak?
which term is sweeter?

He also said that he wants me "manja" what does that mean specifically? any examples?

Thank you smile.gif

Thank you uzer85 for answering. Much appreciated!

I was simply asking some questions & I don't know why some people want to make a problem of this. Is it wrong to be in a relationship with someone of different religion? -itekderp

Be prepared? for converting to islam?

lol don't angry, but does he treat you nicely??

i not want to discriminate, but according to meleis female friends, most of them considered dating Chinese or Indian guy rather than Malay, because they say Malay guy don't know how to treat them well.....

[B]Oh I was angry at u or your comment [cool.gif . I was referring to someone else.
He does treat me nice... really good. I actually find that malay guys are more caring & sensitive than Chinese.. but diff people have diff preferences.

lol at the bolded part, anyway forget that...

i see, good for you then. because my meleis friends said based in their bad experience with meleis guys, but you lucky to find a nice one.. did you both have a relationship for more than a year already??

if you feel comfortable with your relationship, then by all means, go ahead with it. not many people can maintain an interracial relationships because of society pressures and so on, but lol just do what you want and mist important of all, no matter what you do, be it in relationship, work or studies, make sure you choose the right path and never regret about it smile.gif
