1. Introduction
Thinking about it, I always wanted to know how other Property Managing Agent ("PMA") perform in other condominiums.
PMA boast so much in their web site about their portfolio they managed but when it comes to handling your condominium, it comes to complete thrash.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this thread is to solicit feedback based on a set parameter/criterion.
3. Parameter
This is a default parameter of what I can think of, you may expand or add in your criteria of feedback.
Couple of things in mind, PMA's is an extension of JMB/MC's arm. It's not intended to replace the later. Most of the time, PMA fail to carry out their task because they are unfaimiliar with the rules/protocals in the condominium.

*for privacy reasons, do not name your condominium.
(a) Accounts
(b) Complaint/Issue handling
© Maintenance/Rectification
(d) Overall attitude
(e) JMB/MC involvement
(f) familiarity with both the Law and house rules.
(g) involvement in condominium policitcs.
(h) Total Fees charged and factoring used.
