In china there is no Google services required, no play store, rare users of our common push app (using Google push service) such as WhatsApp, gmail, telegram and so on..

This services are what most user are complaining about (notification delay and sync issue) on anywhere outside of china.. The current issue I am facing with BETA EMUI 4.0 is that exactly, my WhatsApp notification doesn't work properly, my background sync have intermittent issue..

hmmm never tested with screen on/off, but theoretically it sounds correct bcoz when the screen is ON, it consumes power (ie one of the highest battery consumption) hence when its off, obviously should charge faster...

If you use a 2amp charger it should still be the same. If 1amp then it's slower

Oh I didn't check up to that level. You have a reader for that ? Or using some app ? I find if using apps it's not so accurate.  Anyhow for me I used my old note 3 charger which is 2amp also and the time for charging is almost the same.
