Extract it and you will get one folder called "dload"
Copy that folder to internal storage or SD card and go to updater and select local update
Your system will install and reboot itself, no reset automatically unless you prefer to do so

Actually both models are same in terms of hardware specification, except the rom size
Some more, model number also same for these two models which is PLK-L01
So i think update for Android M should be apply for both models biggrin.gif
