Yup.. T628 is supposedly with 5-8 core with older Samsung using MP6 (6 core) while T624 is 1-4 core with MP2 is the normal implementation.. Kirin somehow using the MP6 design with only 4 core so in theory both Huawei and benchmark are correct.. A T628 MP4 would be counted as T624 only.. Hahaha.. Why huawei did this way is anyone guess

Try reinstall the app again by
1. Uninstall app
2. Reboot phone
3. Install app again

See if this helps

If the seller or sold by Lazada it is the original unit by Honor.

Try moving everything back to internal and see if its help.. If no more issue on internal memory then its for sure there's something wrong with the sdcard

Nah.. Just open a case to service center and you might entitled for new set. Try your luck because your phone is still new..

Yup.. Lazada (sold by Lazada) is the same original unit as vmall..

If there is a warranty card that say warranty by Huawei Malaysia then it should be OK.. These reseller buy in bulk directly from Huawei and resell them so it would be similar with units sold by Vmall.. Vmall is huawei own way of selling honor..

Not every unit in direct D is Malaysia unit unless it is accompanied by Huawei Malaysia warranty

I don't have any issue with the app that is why I ask you to just uninstall / reinstall it.. Try uninstall and clear the cache / folder residues using storage cleaner..

If you are using 2A 9v you have to turn on the fast charging to enable extra current to flow. Turn it on without the high 18w charger doesn't make any different if turn off.

A bird once told me that H7 would be on 5.0.2 until the day 6.0 (with the latest EMUI) version is out.. Normally newer phone (such as H7) will get update first..

I don't have 1+2 but I have nexus 6p (better phone than 1+2 by miles) and during my short spell (just got my nexus 6p a few hours ago) there are things that H7 is better
1. Finger print unlock - H7 unlock is fast!! Really really fast and accurate.. I was taking it for granted until I start using Nexus 6p and felt slower and need a steady finger.
2. The IPS neo screen is beautiful - Nexus 6p is using AMOLED and when the brightness is high the difference are small but when you are using your phone in the dark / slight darkness the AMOLED can't really find the balance correct (color become saturated in lower backlight scenario) while the IPS screen on H7 tend to maintain color accuracy even with dimmer screen.

In just a few hours I could see things that I was taken for granted on H7 was actually very very good vs other phone (even the flagship Nexus 6p)

Honor7 got 6 month LCD warranty I think but G8 is normal warranty so its not covered..

6p is a different beast.. Great photo (miles better from H7 in low light), fast SD810, 5.7 inch but still fit nicely and the best is Marshmallow android.

H7 in the other hand is a phone with additional feature and gesture.. Dual sim / external storage / EMUI itself have more things than stock android.

To me both are a special phone on their own.. Some things are better on H7 and some on Nexus.

I'm giving you my fair assessment here (personal take so don't shoot me)
H7 as other skinned android will have these issue
1. Delay in android update (more to change than just plain launcher like htc)
2. Notifications may have hit and misses - H7 early build (B100) have issue with whatsapp contact sync but rectified with B120.
3. No 3rd party ROM

So there are few known things to expect (its not plain android that sure would not have issue) but looking at earlier honor devices there are updates and patches release by Honor to fix issues.

A very simple example is how H7 is secured and patch in regards to Stage fright but its not something you could say the same even on bigger brands like the Korean and Japanese brands.

They are trying to distance themselves from other Chinese manufacturer in the android and software space.

It might not be a technical decision when it came to update.. Normally its business decision that dictate android update where user are "encouraged" to purchase new phone to enjoy new update..

It's normal accross the brands (except nexus that have 3 years guaranteed update)
