If they released it as paid dlc, it is easier to purchase if we buy WE / PES R3 version.

R3 = Malaysian

Normally DLC only can be downloaded base on the region of the CD. My Club dlc is not playable cross region as far I remember...
If they release the EURO Tournament via datapack in the game (seems what they normally did with the additional team, transfer update, boots, etc), it is downloadable although we are using Malaysian account when using other region CD.

just asking, why there is no bundesliga in my R3 PES2016/WE2016? Bayern Munich was placed into some weird group with greek clubs and others.

How is the online experience for PES? I've been playing FIFA all these while and the online league is very good where it can match us according to similar level skill players that belong to the same division level.

How about PES? Does it also have online league or it is just a random matching opponent regardless of player's skill? I really feel like to try PES this year but I do not like to play with AI, career mode etc.

I see. I left PES for so long that I did not notice the missout on bundesliga.

The link you posted above is only the logo/picture for the kit, club and manager. I still have to change the clubname manually.
