My tenant have moved out from my unit without terminating unifi, tenant only occupied the unit less than 18 months, so i supposed they still within the contract periods of 24 months. What should i do now? can i do the termination ? What will happen if i leave it as it is since it wasn't registered under my name, will i have any difficulty on getting unifi on the same unit. thanks in advance for advise.

QUOTE(satriaguy @ Jun 30 2015, 01:07 PM) all the unifi equipments (modem/router/etc) still there and i can even watch Hypptv best u don’t use it. if TM see that there is bandwidth movement they will say you are using it. You might end up paying for someone else’s bill. Tell TM that you just moved in the house and you have no idea who’s device or account the unifi is linked to and you request for immediate termination and removal.

TM cannot charge him/her, but only can charge bill to the original owner, as TS never sign any contract with TM. But to avoid conflict, better explain the situation to TM or ask the original owner to cancel it, or at least have some agreement or any other documentation stated the particular issue.

Make sense also, wasn't putting on my thinking cap when I replied. Honesty is the best policy.

To be safe..call TM to notify the situation immediately. prepare ur tenancy agreement as well incase they want proof. u oso need to inform ur tenant regarding the unifi situation. make sure contact in ways u can prove. sms or whatsapp will do so u have proof that u have informed all affected parties. after doing all that, enjoy ur free unifi bro..u did everything edi to escape negliegence. download udang everyday until TM terminate the service
