To be safe..call TM to notify the situation immediately. prepare ur tenancy agreement as well incase they want proof. u oso need to inform ur tenant regarding the unifi situation. make sure contact in ways u can prove. sms or whatsapp will do so u have proof that u have informed all affected parties.after doing all that, enjoy ur free unifi bro..u did everything edi to escape negliegence.
