I'm using 185 55 r15. Overall it's much quiet and soft from synergy m5. Handling ok la. Can drive at menora tunnel (where there is giant stripe on the road) at 80kmh without shaking all over the dashboard.

Can be adjusted from the lever there inside the cabin. But after sometime, it will still loose like cabut rear wheel hub. Worst is, if being adjust too tight from the inside, the outside brake cylinder will be pull too far, and possibly putus berak kabel laugh.gif

Hi Bro... notworthy.gif

Looks like our this "new" Saga has lost many useful features which were part of old gen Saga... sweat.gif

Me rber there was a small hole (with a rubber cover) on the drum back-plate thru which a flat screwdriver cld b used 2reach an adjusting wheel & make adjustments of brake shoe gap w/o so much inconvenience!

Wishing every1 a good evening! cheers.gif

According to magician, many manufacturer that decided to menten use drum berak for the back has already removed such convenient feature as the hole will result in water masuk, hence losing berak when going over flood. Now the thing is, how often does 1 so gangho until going over flood that hai until masuk pintu level? whistling.gif

Another bad thing is, the sensitivity of the drum berak bcum so low simply because too many sohem abused their henberak. Like pull henbrek at 70kph then make the car slide. All this not applicable to our new PL1BTx series GaGa anymore. Even if tighten the berak to 1 click full stop, it will loosen up after few round of tarik.
You should. After the fix, make sure you do maximum 2 clicks to full stop everytime. Prevent from pulling too hard and it shall last longer nod.gif

ALL Bros abv :
Hi..fyi me found adjuster (inside cabin @back of handbrake lever) 4handbrake cable was very easily reachable.
So...after chk User Manual, me found recommended setting is 5 - 7 clicks.
Cconsequently, me decided 2adjust no. of clicks @handbrake 2b only four (4).
(NB. A 10mm socket wrench did the job nicely.)
Play safe lo... tongue.gif

djhenry91
The SC readjusted yr handbrake so easily...therefore feel it's also done internally in cabin ie as wat me had done. icon_rolleyes.gif

The idea is to use the armrest as a blower unit. Some modification required i.e. Inlet louver and blower fan. Can use pc fan also as blower. flex.gif easier said than done though
*
Hi Bro... notworthy.gif

Yu r correct 2say "easier said than done tho..." rclxms.gif
Lotsa headaches 2try doing so...eg routing fr blower/hoses @dashboard area to armrest...huge prob there! rclxub.gif

Our Gaga aircon is cool enuf even w/o rear outlet vents... tongue.gif

I didn't put sponge, just a few strategically placed double-sided tape to hold it in place  icon_rolleyes.gif

Hi Bro... notworthy.gif

Feel I wld need a spare COP Assy b4 I attempt removal of any SP boot fr my Gaga....
Why?
Hv nvr done so ever since replacing them with Iridium ones...years ago! sweat.gif
That time me tried 2do replacement myself w/o realising SPs were different...direct fit/no washer type! shocking.gif
Had also no suitable SP socket wrench!! sad.gif
So me decided 2send 2SC 2do so during free OCI service time... icon_rolleyes.gif

I hv since then bought suitable magnetic socket wrench c/w T-handle but now hv phobia of opening up after hearing those stories of COP damages. .. cry.gif
