Just started to play it yesterday and here are my first impression feedbacks;
a. The storyline seems to be quite good b. Not-that-pleasant graphic quality - blury! I have pushed everything to HIGH, yet it looks the same. Not lagging though (playing on 980GTX) c. Rather quick loading time (relatively to GTA, and this may explain the graphic quality seen) d. Weird lighting system with sun moving fast, or was it cloud movement - im totally confused (it happened as I was driving to meet Sal Marcano for the first time (can anybody confirm/support this or is it only me). d. Good cover mechanic e. Good vehicle handling (about on par with GTA - I was quite surprised since I had really bad experience with Watch Dog's vehicle handling) Plan to continue playing this Friday and target to complete it over the weekend - hope the experience will be progressively better. Well, looks like MAFIA IV will be coming way sooner than MAFIA II and sooner than MAFIA III than what we expected. |

There's one review which i think it correctly depict on Mafia 3 : Good storyline but Sloppy gameplay (as in very barebone compare to Mafia 2 and GTA in customization for a open world game - weapon, clothes, vehicle) |

QUOTE(sai86 @ Oct 13 2016, 04:59 PM) lol. people will be more careful about PO if it comes from Hangar 13 again. The problem isn't if it's WHEN, like it or not, next MAFIA (if exist) would be developed by Hangar 13. In fact, they might just shut off 2K Czech wholly since apparently the current 2K Czech is responsible for this installment of Art and Graphics Assets and transferred everything to Novato after knowing the main complaints are mostly graphic side. There's one review which i think it correctly depict on Mafia 3 : Good storyline but Sloppy gameplay (as in very barebone compare to Mafia 2 and GTA in customization for a open world game - weapon, clothes, vehicle) I can see 2K is mirroring the way Ubisoft did with Watch_Dogs by releasing MAFIA III at a dry season. About the customization, let's see how it is few months later since they promised to provide additional contents for free after release. |

Finally gave the game a try, not bad actually. Not too repetitive as claimed. It has cutscenes for the revenge missions but only few minutes
THE DRIVING IS SUPERB ! It's almost Driver SF handling. Over all, MAFIA II better because of the Snow, but other than that, MAFIA III is worth to give a try |

I have read some news that Mafia 3 will be bundled with the purchase of MSI motherboards or MSI GPUs. Not quite sure how true is that though.
