Now people are playing in taiwan server or china server. A small portion of the people still play in English version, china version

Hi everyone, I quitted PW1 English server like a decade ago, went through up and downs with PW1 from cubizone to garena and then 4games (just for your imagination on how long i used to played, correct me if i missed some, cant remember all) It's been so long, kinda miss those old days playing this game. So the Good'ol english server is totally gone and now the launch of PW2 is a total reset of the game so all player can start from scratch?
P/S: I'm neutral, not utopia or nightmare supporter... used to play 5.0 dark WR, (if i recall correctly) my last progress is 2nd reborn Lv 95.
