But this DPC concept has been cloned by many projects already, not sure it will still get that kind of appreciation or not. Not so exclusive or special as before.

Besides tropicana in kemuning, ecoworld and sp setia also doing same thing, taman with parks, malls, international school, etc. Even Brdb's taman sari is doing this.

you need access card to pass through the security gate and clubhouse, need to apply for it, obviously you can only apply for the access card after your house is completed

If non-member is rm15 per entry, whole club house open for use. The bathroom got hot water and aromatic shower foam and sauna. Remember to photocopy IC and bring passport photo. Each person one clubhouse access card and it's different from the card entering your taman. Need to bring docs to support the relationship between the property owner and members.
