For me i am not prefer dry kitchen..so the space for dry kitchen will be my dining and the current dining space will put cabinet tv same like show house..so it will be spacious but smaller kitchen..😭😭😭

Correct..and most of the layout will be open kitchen..so need to figure out how to hide the kitchen..if our house the wet kitchen shud be no prob..bcoz have door..so dry kitchen for me is not necessary..😁😁😁

629k before or after discount?? If before shud be very good cause the townhouse look so modern and not like other townhouse which is just 2 separate house..this one you can have 25 x 80 size..very good investment..
