The red circle looks like the current entrance rite?? If u go to the side, once enter the entrance on your left side they already put a big sign from/to persiaran bangi..

If the future entrance is not the road between the Parkfield and Fairfield, then most likely you will need to pass through the Rafflesia international school to reach the Jalan Kajang 2 Utama already..

Flyover to Persiaran Bangi should be connected back to Kajang 2 main roundabout.

build the road from persiaran bangi, behind nadayu and through the blue circle...

Btw I saw on fb on the completed show house and the railings are super low class, not tempered glass finished. They use that Rubine heater, such an eye sore. And the shower area has no glass panel divider. What to do with that funny balcony ah? Did the SA tell u ah?

I saw the event on fb yest. It was so happening. But so damn far. Decided not to go

Entrance from persiaran bangi will be heading near to fairfield..red colour line...

Railing need to be changed using glass😭😭😭..funny balcony is up to you..maybe can do small aquarium over there..😁😁😁

As per SA said one entrance but from persiaran bangi and from semnyih..need to go through the fairfield..i am not sure if there is any other entrance..cause what the SA said is the approved one..maybe there will be another entrance but as long as there is no approval and only verbally assumption, we can stick to the approve one..😊😊😊

Hopefully once flyover from persiaran bangi to TH will help to reduce traffic jam near jalan reko.. Just for sharing, currently i am staying taman beside Jade hills..just for comparison, for jade hills only have 2 access road..1 from kajang silk and another one from gita bayu which the road currently looking horrible..for TH hopefully after completion of the flyover and also bridge from bandar tek kajang, hopefully TH will be the right choice for me..in terms of starta title..for me i dont mind cause they want our taman to look exclusive without changing any exterior of the house..many regulation but for me i can accept it..😊😊😊

Correct..through taman sutera kajang rite..but still the road is quite horrible rite..just my humble opinion..after all jade hills is one of the property that inspired me to buy TH..😊😊😊
