ya . i think jamespond got the point , parkfield 900k with build-up 2200 sqft , ridgefield townhouse 670k with build-up 2400sqft++ , yet u have your carporch , not exactly like condo with open share car park . im staying townhouse now , with total 400++ unit almost 95% occupied and nearly only 1-2% put up banner for rent/sales .. for those opt for lower price with 'feel' of landed and privacy, think its a choice also

Sunway spk townhouse never appreciated much since launch. Damn kao nice some more right beside dpc. Probably because its 1.5mil kinda townhouses where at that price u can buy shoplot in kajang/semenyih area dy which brings more value in terms of investment. I'm skeptical towards townhouses also. i prefer the club house more lively than like ghost town actually , if take other clubhouse as reference , most of them is open to public but still cant attract crowd to join , like 16Seirra Amigo , JadeHill , and etc .. 1st thing have to make sure the clubhouse is sustainable then only got ppl to manage it rite .. ?
