as long as development still in progress i think still flood of bangla leh , cant avoid d. so can foresee in the near 5-6 years bangla still b our neigbour lor, now TH central park after 6pm u will see many bangla walk walk in the park.

Guys, do you think TH Parkfield is a worth-buying property by looking at the price and location of the project (Kajang)? I'm just looking around in the property market for new landed project in klang valley. As I noticed, projects under TH are selling higher price compare with other neighborhood residences.

Wow, seems like many upcoming projects in K2. Do you guys know when those projects completed? I did not see any ongoing construction happening yet when I drove by last weekend.

To be exact, TH under Mukim Semenyih, Hulu Langat District (Daerah Hulu Langat). It is located at the western of Mukim Semenyih bordering with Mukim Kajang, both Mukim under administration of Kajang Municiapal Council (MPKJ).

The developer change the mailing address from Semenyih to Kajang as Semenyih still perceived as more "ulu" than Kajang, it affect the valuation of property and attractiveness to buyer I suppose. However mailing address changes won't change the mukim, the quit rent bill still stated the said property under Mukim Semenyih.

Just booked Parkfield end lot last few days. Yet to sign SPA. Going somewhere for a week plus and applying loan nx 2 weeks.

SA mentioned that park wl be maintained by MPKJ but Tropicana will also appoint a company to manage, not sure how true la. Wants to sell everything also good haha. Anyway the gym is quite small tho.

Once flyover and K2 Roundabout ready, access to Bangi and Silk via Kajang Utama will be easy.

Thanks yah own stay. Find the area quite refreshing compared to other Southern developments. Not willing to go as far as Semenyih for own stay..

Will they build direct access to SILK highway from TH? Heard Jalan Reko always traffic jam during peak hours.

anyone noticed the K2 chinese school construction progress? now already painted. got guard house and flag pole with Malaysia and Selangor  flag.

bangi flyover and from silk hw also need to connect to K2 roundabout in future , one of the exit from the roundabout is direct to TH . the exit will b open from K2 roundabout to nadayu backside (not current front side) , then u will see rafflesia school on ur left then only enter TH, got the picture ?

Flyover from silk to k2 and kajang utama is already in use. Only waiting for the k2 roundabout to link with TH and Bangi. Bye2 to jalan reko. But anyway reko is not that bad actually coming from silk..

Options to highway:
1) TH to Silk via Kajang Utama
2) TH to Silk via Reko
3) TH to Silk or PLUS via Bangi
4) TH to LEKAS (not sure yet how)

If going towards KL, all jam. Hahaha.. (Experience of traveling from Bangi to KL on a daily basis for the past 5 years)

haha no lah . the talk is all about whole kajang growth , not any TH sales talk , the major focus is new corridor for BRT like i mentioned and EKVE lor . kajang transformation

aiya good view lagi cannot lor... if invest cry till no tears.... certificate of completion for phase 2 is Oct 2015... till 2016 still got unsold...
