Seems like there wil be an expansion from the current plot Kajang 2 is sitting on now.

Could it the plot of land below yellow colour (mix dev)?

Let's hope for more commercial developments so the price of TH will UUU!! Well it should be mix development because there are so many residentials around already

Kajang should be alright. Got commercial and industrial activities. Now the industrial activities are shifting to Semenyih.

Anyway.. how much are the shoplots in Kajang 2 selling for?

I think the show house is to display the upcoming launches because I felt that those launches will be harder to sell as they consist of semi-d and bungalows only. Besides, they can also display their service apartments.

Who is 7 inches longer ah?

Lol since when there is a plan for the said road (highlighted in green above)? There is only one entrance in and out which is through the Fairfield side.

Btw I saw on fb on the completed show house and the railings are super low class, not tempered glass finished. They use that Rubine heater, such an eye sore. And the shower area has no glass panel divider. What to do with that funny balcony ah? Did the SA tell u ah?

I saw the event on fb yest. It was so happening. But so damn far. Decided not to go
