So far so good. According to fairfield and parkfield fb group, I have yet to see any that has commented that it's for investment purposes. As expected.. absolute price is a bit too high to be an investment product given its size and location. You can easily get a much bigger one in semenyih.

Having said that, I may be wrong. Too soon to tell.

Any news on kajang 2? Anyway where is this kajang 2 showroom?

Went to kajang 2 sales gallery today. Shopping mall and all are confirm and nth to be launched yet. They are launching the service apartments in kajang 2 that's all. Commies are yet to be launched. They are trying to clear hillpark and kajang south before launching kajang 2.

Ermmm I didn't wey. My concern was only the mall and also enquired about the shops in kajang 2 but nth yet so I just register first. Got 12% disc for the 2 storey shops in Saville kajang. After disc is 1.4 mil.

Kajang south looks like the ones near bandar tech

Yeah the risk to commies is very high. I highly doubt it will be a rental market for the first few years. But the potential is thers for kajang 2 as it will feed kajang 2, th, nadayu, kajang south, hillpark and the other township in a 200++ acres of land towaeds the south of kajang 2. I got a good feeling about the kajang 2 commies.

Btw the kajang 2 SA said that the mrt kajang line may be leading towards sg Chua instead of kajang 2 side. Is it true?

I went to the sales gallery yest and they put a sticker on the unit up for bid. It's all the way to the bottom left, the last parcel where they released for parkfield. It's the one facing north

Oh no no. They said it's not up yet but it will be leading there. I hope it's not true. I would want to see a mrt station at kajang 2 instead. It makes more sense to put one there because the KTM station in kajang 2 is a KTM hub or something.

The unique looking complex is some sort of KTM hub with a mall on the left.

Btw mkh sa is damn inefficient. I was communicating in English and there she is replying all in bm. She doesn't know a lot of things. And whats worse is that she was the only one there. I really think mkh should improve their service. It's a sales gallery and they should really put someone experience there.
